14th Annual Twin Rivers Media Festival

The 14th annual Twin Rivers Media Festival is accepting audio entries for the festival. Selected audio artists have the opportunity to be eligible for professional recording time Altamont Recording Studios in Asheville, NC for up to 4 hours. Other awards and certificates are also given to the winning audio artists as well. There are countless opportunities for artists to license their music to showcasing films, goodie bags and 2 stages to perform on. The festival takes place on May 3, 2008 with 12 audio artists being invited to the festival overall.

This year's festival also includes special awards for "Made on a Mac" (Macintosh Computer) sponsored by Macaddict Magazine, and "Writing about the Outdoors", sponsored by Rivers Resort, who offers white water rafting trips and other outdoor activities. Grand Prize is a Sea Kayaking Adventure for two in Patagonia Chile at Chris Spelius's Expediciones Chile. Over $5,000 in awards!

Students may submit at a discounted price with a PDF copy of their respective High School and/or College ID.

The festival will be hosted and shown at the Courtyard Gallery in Asheville, North Carolina. Last year’s attendance was over 1,000 people and this year should be even bigger.
