Summary
Get your music heard on Spin Magazine's radio show on WFNX-FM, Boston's legendary alternative rock station. This half-hour emerging artists show is a paid block of time with all the music and programming selected by Spin Magazine. The debut will be for 4 weeks and is designed to highlight the best emerging talent in the Sonicbids community.
Spin will select a minimum of 20 songs to air 101.7 WFNX-fm and simulcast on and wfnx.com's worldwide stream. With over 200,000 radio listeners and 40,000 online listeners per month, WFNX provides a lot of exposure. Selected artists will appear in a feature on SPIN.com See spin.com/wfnx for examples!
The last round of submissions yielded 27 selected artists from all over the world, including Brazil, Russia, Iceland, Canada and the UK.
Broadcasts will run Fridays at midnight. Since the show is specifically designed to introduce quality, Sonicbids music, the selected bands will be prominently showcased with front and back announcements.
Songs submitted must be a MAXIMUM of 4:15 in length. Artists can be from anywhere in the world.
