Asa J. Harris is a singer/songwriter who brings to the stage tunes practically dripping with the South Alabama waters of the Chattahoochee river. Currently based in East Texas, Asa J. shares with his audiences songs and stories from the deep south, the west coast, and even the Caribbean islands. He's a unique act that takes you on a musical journey through a host of emotions, but will always leave you smiling and whistling his tunes for quite a while. His music can be classified as Americana, Southern folk, newgrass, or even hillhippy music--but he's not quite like any other act, that's for sure. It's label-free, homegrown, pure, and distilled...music like the finest moonshine.
