22 concerts in 22 places in 22 days, shaped like a 2-digit on the map of Norway. A normal band would be exhausted, 22 is not even close..

22 Came Into This World In November 2007.
This Music Is The Product Of Mats and Magnus Getting Up At 6:00 AM To Make Music. Since We Have All Heard (over and over and over again) The Music That Has Been Created By Intoxicated and Trashy Lifestyles, Mats and Magnus Decided To Experiment With What Kind Of Music Would Manifest When One Actually Takes Care Of Oneself, And Don't Walk Down The Ol' Hurt/Latenight/Drugs/Angst Stereotypical Musician Road.
° Suffering and Depth are not always the same. There is a yearning amongst the awakening audience for an artistic expression of Depth and Authenticity, devoid of the Pain and Darkness that up until now has been the vessel by which Artistic Integrity has travelled °
So 22 have been getting up so early in the morning that they would still connect with the creative dimensions of the night, but have the pep and vigour of the fresh morning.
22 is a live band, that holds dearly the chance to express energy to a live audience. 22 uses vibrant colours, dexterous movement, refreshing smells (peppermint cannons) and sonic synergies expressed with immense dynamics, as a means to convey the expanding frequencies of 22.

During the the first year of excistense the band have done 80 concerts all over Scandinavia, and are now in negotiations with several major labels for the release of their debut album early 2010. There are concrete plans for the band to tour all over Europe next year, as we receive requests from promoters weekly.
