Bio

23rd Hour is a Rock Worship band hailing from the St. Louis metro area. They have from the beginning set themselves apart from the local music scene. The band has clearly made its mission to lead as many people in genuine worship of Jesus Christ as possible. 23rd Hour has been influenced by such mainstream Christian bands such as the David Crowder Band, Building 429, Jeremy Camp and many others.

23rd Hour found its beginnings in the bedroom of its drummer late in the summer of 2002. The band was originally formed to lead worship for its church's youth group gathering. At this point the band was a three piece. Danny McBride on guitar, Bryan Fulton on Bass, and Robbie Phillips on Drums. In December of 2002, the band met its future lead singer and guitar player Daniel Duncan. A few months later the band would add an additional guitar player, David Beasley.

The band has found itself ministering heavily throughout the St. Louis metro area in the short time that it has been around. They lead weekly youth services and have done many youth events such as the 30 hour famine, New Years lockins, True Love Waits rallies, School Christian Club events and many many more. The band has played at St. Louis area coffehouses Kingdom Treasures and Solid Rock Coffee House. 23rd hour has also had the privilege of playing many music festivals such as Bridgefest, RiveRock, and Mosaic fest.

During the summer of 2003 the band decided to make some recordings of a few of their songs and wound up with Last of All. Last of All was a three song demo of songs we had written such as worship songs My Heart and God's Grace. When the summer of 2004 came 23rd Hour became very serious about getting their music into the hands of its fans. So went into the studio and recording My God. This too featured some newer worship songs such as My God and This Still Voice. The band has also been blessed to see its songs used in Sunday morning worship service at many churches and feel honored to see its music help lead others to worship.

Right Now the band is continuing to write new music for a full length release in early 2005 and look worship to sharing their heart with as many as possible.
