Bio

Twentyfourfeet is a 7-piece band originating from the most remote capital city in the world... Perth, Western Australia. With influences such as Yellowcard and Motion City Soundtrack, their infectious style flavours rock with atmospheric brass arrangements.

In November 2004, their pre-release track, “Too Much Caffeine” was announced in the top 5 of the ‘Alternative category in the Australia wide ‘Music-oz’ competition. It was featured on the soundtrack of 6 times world champion surfer, Layne Beachley’s DVD, “Life in the Fast Layne” which was released internationally at the end of 2004.

In 2006 with a 5-track EP recorded, they relocated to Melbourne to pour their efforts into the band. Their debut EP ‘Honest Kiss’ was released recently this year and is already receiving airplay on over 40 community radio stations.

Twentyfourfeet have played across Australia, performing comfortably alongside bands such as Day of Fire (USA), Nevertheless (NZ), Antiskeptic (Vic), After the Fall (NSW), and Thinktank (SA). Their music sits well with fans of punk, rock, and ska.
