2AM is the coming together of two of Oklahoma City's most well known bands. Bryan & Ryan McMasters were members of Lotus Netti, and Adam Aguilar & Austin Speer were members of Sub Roza. They came together out of a need for change, and are certainly achieving that with their current project dubbed 2AM. The band officially formed in February of 2005, and quickly began brainstorming ideas and writing material.
Concerned with focusing on the heart of the song, it has become easy for the band members to hone their sound. They recently wrapped up production on their debut CD, consisting of six songs, in early Aug. of 2005. They have had an article written in the Oklahoma Gazette and which was a great review. The CD has since been released and played on 98.9 KYIS Jack and Ron’s Homegrown and 94.7 The Buzz Born and Bred Show. With the help of word of mouth and radio play 2AM is creating a huge local fan base.
