Matthew (2c Da Phenom) Tusi is from the seacoast city of Laconia N.H. and a bonefide rap specialist since teaming up with his mentor Troy (Leviathan) Douglas and the crew Colorblind out of Manchester N.H. 2c grew up in a lower income home but always had a supportive family structure around him.In his early 20s he made a few bad decisions which landed him in the penal system for a few years on felony charges. While in prison he became somewhat of an introvert and took to putting his emotions in rap format .During this time he met an aspiring artist (Troy LEVIATHAN Douglas). Troy took a liking to Matt and began teaching him how to write and rap in bars as well as delivery and attitude Troy even gave him his industry name 2C Da Phenom..Leviathan promised 2c he would take him under his wing and get him signed to his label upon their release..now 4yrs later 2c has become an established artist on the label. He was first called upon to feature on the Colorblind L.P. 3rd World War. He did such a good job on the 2 tracks Stunnaz and Die Gladly that he was again put in the lineup for Colorblinds 2011 mix tape Nuthin Is Safe Vol.1 and he smashed the three tracks he did on the mix tape, especially the maino remix "Bring It Back D.J." He also just released his first solo E.P. called Cell Block 2C with the club hit Amazing ,street banger "Hard to Breathe", And heavy metal smash "Beatin On My Chest". this E.P. will be a hood classic for years to come..3De Records just signed a digital distribution deal with Protect Ya Neck records and Wu-Tang Management as of may 2012 that venture will be cemented and the man known as 2c Da Phenom will be unveiled to the world at last...Leviathan says "ITS TIME FOR A BREATHE OF FRESH AIR") LET'S GOOO!!!
