2nd Coming has come to bring the noise straight out of McMinnville, TN. Captivating a high-energy electromagnetic sound to leave you breathless, the band is bound to awake the music industry.
Their style and music captures a vibe that is so unique and distinctive. They may be young but their ability to play and write is so compelling and gripping that it shows their maturity and intensity as musicians. Being influenced by major acts such as Coldplay, Creed, Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, Switch Foot, and Sugar Cult, 2nd Coming blends rock and hip hop to levels unimaginable. It all began at church camp when Brandon, Bryan, Jeremy, Nathan, and Cotey decided to play on any instrument they could find. They kept the magic of practicing and playing together. Before long, they were invited to do local shows.The band thought they hit the big time after recording their first ten-song demo on a fostex multi-tracker on tape. Since then, they have recorded multiple albums. The band continued to perfect their skills. While only seniors in high school, they put together their first major tour that expanded across the U.S. from California, Arkansas, Missouri, to Georgia. Performing over 30 shows in two months, the band won numerous awards and contest including 3rd place at Atlanta Fest in the Battle of the Bands contest.“We have been all over and know what it means to pay our dues,” mentions Jeremy. The band feels that they have grown as individuals and as artist. They have experienced the highs and lows and other life-learned lessons, while being on the road. They know that it takes discipline, dedication, and hard work to get to point A to B. After months of grueling touring, the band was thrown a curve ball that dealt with the pain and turmoil of loosing and gaining members. But after eight long years, they have managed to maintain and keep it together. As a new rock act, they have proven to get their act together and are now stronger and better than ever.“From all of the touring, rehearsals, and drama, I believe our live shows have benefited the most. People are always telling us how special we are,” says Brandon.There is no doubt about it that 2nd Coming is undeniably gifted. Critics are taking notice and it is a given that fans will find them charming and mesmerizing as well.
