Review by Brent-Anthony Johnson

Wichita, KS based (and bass guitar instructor at Butler Community College) bassist Roberto Bernardinello offers his impressive brand of ambient Latin jazz. Propelled by Roberto’s singing fretless and beautifully crafted lines, this is the “kick back bass release of 2011?! I have to comment that this is one of those rare bass-driven CD’s that my wife actually enjoyed listening to! Speaks volumes.
Roberto is musical, lyrical, and he has the chops to sing the song he’s been given to sing. When I listen to this release, it truly feels like I’m observing a man doing the job he’s supposed to be doing!
