2 Junk Chords is an eclectic mix of blues,honky tonk, jazz, folk, rock and jam that morphed from a Jeremy Hanshaw solo project in june 2010. After many solo shows Jeremy first added bass player Carl Brown to the lineup. His guitar player bass style made it possible to layer more sounds into the other wise folk mix. After a few performances and much begging by both Jeremy and Carl, drummer T.J. Lambertsen joined the group. T.J.'s drumming skills came from a long line of training in jazz and marching and from teachers such as 311's Chad sexton and other omaha greats. Live performances are where the band shines and are guaranteed to impress!
