Bio
36 String Swing has been playing throughout the Boise area since 1998. Each of the members brings something to the band that helps create their original sound.
Noah Jeffries plays the guitar and mandolin in the band. He also plays the banjo and violin, which he has won several state and regional cometitions.
Katrina Pearce is the first violinist. She is a three-time National Champion at the National Oldtime Fiddler's Competion and aso has won many other competitions. She also plays the violin left-handed.
Shanna Stinger is the second violinist. She has on numerous competitons as well.
Zach Jeffries is the bassist and also the youngest member of the band. He plays the violin and mandolin as well.
Steve Gere keeps the band together rhthmically. Along with being a great drummer, he is a extremely talented jazz painist.
Each member in 36 String Swing has their own loves and interests musically. When these interests are combined, a sound is created that sets them apart from most other bands.
