We all started ascommon young freestylaz battling just to gain reputation and also just rp for the fun of it. We eventually beginning to understand the meaning of Hip-Hop and decided to make a positive impact out of it, something that could influence many to expres theirselves however they can to get their message out to the world.

It all started in 2005 in the main streets of Baltimore, On the 1600 block of Gorsuch ave. We was previously called "38 SPECIAL", But because of various reasons, we changed it to "38 District'
