3SB is 3 brothers. We are basically a rock band, many fans call us country rock. some of our originals are country, or, country-ishand we play a few of his favorites in memory of our father whose influence and/or his blood in our veins is why we're musicians today. Some major influences include, Johnny Cash, Elvis, Kiss, Judas Priest, Helix, John Mellencamp. We hail from "small town" USA. Our whole family enjoyed music and took part in musical capers from church choir and high school chorus and musicals to variety shows at our Town Hall as church fund raisers, to playing in bands as kids with friends then out and about with Dad and now on our own with original music and fans! Our fans got us to our greatest moment, so far. A trip to NYC as finalists in the "Bodog Battle of the BAnds". Most of our gigs have been in and around the Southern Tier area of NY state. Our time and talent have also been donated to several charities and benefits in the area. One of our original songs from our "LONG LONG ROAD" cd was played on the Breakkfast Buzz morning show, where we were a featured artist of their UNSIGNED TALENT segment. Currently we have two cd"s of our originals. the first "LONG LONG ROAD" named for the title song on it. This can be related to anyone's life, really. Where we've been, what we've gone through to get us to here and now. and our new offering, still really in the works, called "UNCAGED". This, we believe, is us NOW. One song from this, " Mustang Night" was written for and submitted to be used as music in a video game. It was really loved and got us many e-mail offers. We have been writing as long as we've been playing soa lot of these songs are that old just made modern or finished etc. And we have at least that many more need finishing touches or just the right time and place to be all they can be.
