441 (named after the route that runs through their hometown of Penfield, NY) are…. Eighth graders Tim Obzud (guitars and vocals) and Kyle Lajoie (guitar and vocals) and high school freshman Josh Klatt (drums and vocals)
In the summer of 2007 the boys started playing covers of their favorite rock songs, but soon moved on to adding their own compositions. They went into the studio in late 2008 to record their first EP. In January 2009, 441 took second place at the finals of the Rochester, NY Battle of the Bands.
Three years and over 100 shows later, 441 continues to bring their performance experience and youthful exuberance to the stage - captivating audiences throughout New York State.
441 is in the studio right now finishing their first full length CD – targeted for the end of the year.
