Bio
4 star daydream was started as a weekly jam session which has evolved in to a six headed monster. All of us have been dedicated to music for most of our lives. Jake has a degree in theory from KU as well as recording school. Brian also has a music theory degree from Boston. Both Bo and Trey are children of professional musicians. Craig has used his house to be a place or musicians in Kansas City to meet and jam for over 15 years now. Michael, a Dead Head who has been watching and participating in live music for over 20 years.
Our music is very rhythmic and upbeat. We like to see people stand up and dance. our influences include Everything from Pink Floyd, Ween, Phish, Grateful Dead, and Split lip Ray field to Ray Charles, Tool, Peter Tosh and Zappa.
We have 5 singer song writers, so our valley of music matches our influences and makes are shows much more interesting than a band with one voice and one style. We all love to play music in front of people or by ourselves.
