5 a Seco started as a group of friends, all singers and composers with a solo career. In 2009 they decided to get togheter for a one-time concert, as a collective. Spreading the show only by spoken-word, they had to do many extra presentations. Since that day, it has been growing with sold-out concerts all over Brazil. In 2011 they recorded their first live DVD and CD, at Auditório Ibirapuera, with the special guests such as: Ivan Lins, Maria Gadu, Lenine, Chico César and Dani Black.
In 2012 they 've started their national tour of the DVD.
