Bio
"Gentle Thunder" (GT) is a Grammy® nominated multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, composer & producer. She recorded "Awakening Remembrance" (hammer dulcimer), followed by "Winds of the Heart" (solo Native American flute). Gentle Thunder enchants audiences around the world with her distinctive sound and heart-filled presence. Her "Beyond Words" (a trio CD with Will Clipman & AmoChip Dabney) was a 2006 Grammy® Nominee. Her recent solo album of 2007, "Opening the Gate", showcases & embodies her power of nuance.
"Will Clipman" is a four-time Grammy® Nominee and two-time Native American Music Award® Winner. Will began playing his fathers drums and his mothers piano at the age of three, and has mastered a pan-global palette of percussion in addition to the traditional drumset. He has recorded over fifty albums, twenty-one of those for Canyon Records, where he is regarded as the house percussionist. When he isnt holding the heartbeat with his 7/20 Twin and fellow Grammy® Nominee Gentle Thunder, Will performs and records with R. Carlos Nakai, William Eaton, Nawang Khechog, Robert Tree Cody, Randy Wood,
Arvel Bird, Mary Redhouse, Ash Dargan, and Amber Norgaard, among many others. Wills latest Canyon Records release is a solo album, "Pathfinder", which is recieving GREAT reviews!
