"BREAKING BAND"

Some might say it's a slur to say this harmony-drenched Swiss lot sound like The Wannadies. I Wouldn't, and those people are dicks. The Wannadies were great. As are 7 Dollar Taxi.

James McMahon
- NME

"7 Dollar Taxi"

Swiss people make great watches and delicious pudding, but can they pull off rock music?

7 Dollar Taxi proves that they can. Clad in outfits that would make Harry Potter wet, this foursome uses simple melodies to write instantly catchy tunes. With styles that recall European bands like The Beatles and Franz Ferdinand, these guys may be America's next foreign favorite.

"Review"

7 Dollar Taxi give you that attenting-grabbing punch. I can see Do The Robot on an advert for a channel 4 program. They are a good band, and have got a really good vibe to them. They are a
skinny indie 4-piece band and are better than most - Artrocker

"Review"

“7 Dollar Taxi’s music is diverse in mood and instrumentation and it’s appealing worldwide. Somehow they manage to transform their songs into addictive indie anthems that have caught the
attention of radio personalities and journalists from all over the world..."

"Review"

“Perfect band for the summer. I am playing this band to death, if you haven't heard them yet
defiantly check them out”

(Craig Reader, Time FM) - Time FM
