Bio

7 Stars began with a passion to succeed and bring a new generation of Rap, Hip-Hop, and Crunk music into an international level. The name 7 Stars came from it’s original name 7 Estrellas, which is a translation of 7 Stars in Spanish. It is a union of Venezuela rappers spread through the world (Europe, North America and South America)

In the year of 2003 two very talented artists Messiah, and Chakal got together and originated the name 7 Estrellas, Oz Killa & Sicario contributed in the formation of the group. They were the original founders of what is now a well known underground group. Later on that year, a fifth member was brought into the group known as Polo (Miami, FL) who shared the same passion for the music like the other members. Polo is a very talented young man with a creativity to speak his mind in rhymes and also a very talented audio Engineer. to make even better his new skills, he went to school for audio production in Miami, Usa and Oxford, England.

Slowly, the group started growing and gaining its power and respect. In 2004 Chakal (Switzerland) Who with his unique style and the ability to flow in french, english and spanish gave a different flavor and a new refreshing sound to 7 Stars. Also, Caramelo (Miami, FL) was welcomed with open arms to the group making her the First Lady in the international hip-hop crew, also bringing the group a unique talent and her hip spanglish swagger. Also following her entrance came members Ralfy Talfy (Maracaibo, Venezuela) Dyamante (New York, USA) and Facha (Maracaibo, Venezuela).

As they grew together in unison and surpassed different difficulties throughout their careers along came one that couldn’t be avoided…distance. Messiah moved back to Margarita, Venezuela. However even the distance couldn’t stop them, as a matter of fact, it only made them stronger. Now with 7 Estrellas/7 Stars spread worldwide they continue to let their voices be heard as one. During Messiah’s return to South America he managed to recruit a new member: Arteaga (Margarita, Venezuela) now known as “Los Margaros Marditos”. As for the members in the United States (Caramelo, PoLo, Oz Killa and Dyamante) they continue to represent 7 Stars as a Latin Hip Hop crew from Venezuela living in Miami bringing the best of both worlds together in one concept which is Spanish/English Crossover Music.

In 2007, 7 Estrellas released their first mixtape under the same name of the group. All of the members in different cities recorded their contributions to the mixtape which was launched as the first international production ever recorded by Venezuelan Rappers.

Chakal has worked with renamed artists such as Havoc, M1 (Dead Prez), Alozade (Jamaica), Stress (Switzerland) and many more, as well as the Miami crew has collaborated with some of the biggest Latin hip-hop figures such as Big Habana, Nk Profeta, Ardilla, Dj Q-fx, Roddy Rod and more. Their shows range from small nightclub showcases to huge Venues such as the Puerto Rican Festival in Florida and the Paleo festival and Motreaux Jazz festival in Switzerland.

2010 and 2011 have been the biggest years so far for the group, In addition to the release of their newest mixtape "7: The perfect number", 7 Estrellas have gained more members such as Ito (Sincelos Music), a renamed rapper from Switzerland as well as Blackfyah One and Gasdelorc (the newest member) which is in charge of all the visual promotion and graphic design for the group. 7 Estrellas is due to perform in "Feria de la chinita", the biggest venue in the Zulia region (In Venezuela) and a scheduled tour through the country, to present the newest mixtape of the Venezuela crew called "Maracaibo Flow Music".

With more than 15 music videos and 6 cd's altogether, 7 Estrellas is the largest Venezuelan international hip-hop crew of its time. Being some of the first crews to manage to work with technology in regards of the distance factor between most of the members of the crew.
