Dawon Lynn, professionally known as Nation is no stranger to the Detroit music scene. At a young age Nation was influenced by various genres of music and artist such as Thelonius Monk, Barry Gibb, Marvin Gaye, Jim Morrison, Rakim, Ice Cube, Guru, and Master P just to name a few. The singer, songwriter, producer, and MC has been around the block a few times in his day, and has lately been linked to Detroit heavyweight producer WaaJeed for that authentic Detroit Sound. Recently Nation was recruited by Neco Redd the crooner on the"Groverton Finch Project", and is currently working on his solo Debut with another Detroit producer, Brian "Javonte" Garret for the single "Save Alittle dance" thats been leaked to the underground heads and buzzing around industry executives ears.
