7 Thunders was formed in the late spring of 2004 by M77 and Chris and Earle. After some unfortunate turns of events Chris and Earle left the band and M77 got together with Gabe and Mick. Since the reformation they have been very busy writing and playing as much as possible. With many local shows in the NY metro area and one of their larger shows playing at Downpour 2007 in Montana. The sound of 7 Thunders is an eclectic mixture of rock,soul,jam blues,funk with the band usually leaning towards the heavier side. Vocally they always are clear and concise and always get out the message, for they are playing music with a message and that message is love. "We try our best to be all things to all people, without be offensive to any, musically speaking that is" to quote M77.
