In need for a quick fix of rock and/or roll? ?All Channels Off is the fairly straight-forward rock-solid kind of debut album, with a not-so-subtle dirty (stoner) undertone. One thrilling sequence follows right after the other... And before you know it, you'll find yourself driving a pickup truck down a dusty desert highway, giving this tasty album yet another spin... these French "rawkers" make an old formula appear fresh - and they do so with flying colors… the songs do entertain. Plus they keep sticking, y'know - a blessing not given to everyone. If anything else, 7 Weeks will be gettin' your groove on, and that's what matters. - METALSTORM

After 2 EPs that shook the foundations of heavy metal in France, finally here's a first full-length album for this Quartet from Limoges … the 10 songs are strong and prove that it’s possible to produce effective rock in France: an energetic rock sound we would like to hear in concert. You have to listen to these guys. - MUSICOMANIA

Something different from France, not just the usual Grindcore. 7 Weeks are inspired by Stoner Rock, Post-Grunge and Heavy Rock … an excellent debut, just right for fans from Alternative to Stoner Rock. band convinces with simple Rock songs and arrangements that balance vocals and music nicely. ?9/10 - STALKER MAGAZINE

This record succeeds a demo which circulates on the internet, as well as their first EP "B(l)ack Days" in 2007 which lead the band to go on tour throughout France: 150 concerts from le Printemps de Bourges (FR) to the Rock For People Festival (CZ Rep).
The band supported Suicidal Tendencies and Infectious Grooves during their French tour in 2010 and have also played with: Arctic Monkeys, The Datsuns, Brant Bjork, the Inspector Cluzo, the Vibrators, Mass Hysteria, Lofofora...
7 WEEKS recorded in 2011 the project “7 WEEKS plays Dead Of Night”, music based on Bob Clark’s movie (Release on November 2011).
A new album is planned for the first half of 2012.
