A stylistically unique Indie Rock Band from day one, with four members Justin, Jake, Dylan and Luke, ‘89 Astro Van aren’t taking their foot off the gas pedal any time soon. After coming together in mid 2019, by November they were playing together live under the name ‘89 Astro Van. Starting out playing at skatepark grand openings, to philly venues like the Dawson St. Pub and Fiddlers Green, they are now working on recording their first music project. With many influences from each member spanning generations and the whole musical spectrum, from the jams of the Grateful Dead to the electrifying sounds of Cage the Elephant. Fluidly contrasting between uplifting songs to deep conscious songs, they are paving their way into a new and unique sound! You can be on the lookout for the first EP “ Mellowtonin’ early 2020
