A.T.P Pop Band Ensemble

Clarinetist Alesha Pinder is a student in her second semester at the University of The Bahamas. She was a former section head of the Urban Renewal 2.0 band, student volunteer at the Nassau Music Society and opening performer for the ministry of youth, sports and culture musical theatre play entitled ‘The Thief of Love.’ Pinder hopes one day to write ad record new singles. She is currently in pursuit of earning her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and is a current student of professor Oscar Dames. Mr. Dames is a woodwind specialist, member of the Royal Bahamas Police Force and director of the Urban Renewal 2.0 band. 

Since Pinder's beginnings, Pop R&B, and classical music have been an important part of her career. Inspired by artists such as Johnathan Mcreynolds, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, The Walls Group, Beyonce, Fantasia, etc, her music may connect with different cultures around the world.
