Aaron Altscher is one of the freshest and most energetic speakers today. A polished, dynamic and entertaining presenter, Aaron infuses young people and innovative companies with the inspiration and direction. Through interactive entertainment, Aaron engages the audience to think practically on such topics as landing a job, separating yourself from the crowd, or finding leadership potential within yourself.
Aaron has been a keynote speaker at several corporations and organizations like the Columbia Bank and Young Professionals Network. He has spoken at several area universities, including University of Maryland Baltimore County, Towson University, Howard Community College, and University of Mary Washington.
Because Aaron has a special interest in youth organizations and development of young leadership, Aaron has been a keynote presenter at Hugh OBrien Leadership seminars, and is a mentor for the Leadership Howard County program. His instructional CD, Roadmap Through College, has sold over 1,000 copies.
In 2007, Aaron was the youngest recipient ever to receive the prestigious Executive-in-Residence award at the University of Mary Washington.
Aaron was featured on NBCs The Apprentice with Donald Trump. He was a guest on the Donnie Deutsch TV show, The Big Idea. Currently Aaron is host of the trend-setting news show on www.industrygrind.com and is in the process of creating his own innovative business show for Howard County TV.
Outside of television, Aaron owns and operates Altscher Consulting, a branding, marketing and sales firm. Aaron also serves as Managing Director of a multi-million dollar Internet company where he oversees all business operations. Aaron is a professor of entrepreneurship at Howard Community College and a volunteer business coach. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and coaching baseball. An avid fitness enthusiast, he also participates in triathlons. Aaron graduated from The University of Mary Washington with a BS in 2003 and MBA in 2006.
