Aaron Baldes

Aaron is a singer/songwriter from Riverton, Wyoming.  Aaron writes and performs uptempo, folksy pop music with electronic aspects and ambiance.  

Aaron's live show is simple, to the point and will provide great entertainment for anyone seeking singer/songwriter, acoustic, blues, folk, jazz, or pop solo artists.  You can expect a mix of original music and covers.  The original to cover ratio is dependent on the time allotted and the preference of the venue to cover songs.  Aaron will accept requests for specific covers if you let him know upon booking which songs to learn.

Aaron is currently working on his second solo release.  "This release will consist of songs that I've been writing for last year or two.  I've been writing constantly, but because of other projects, I just ended up sitting on all of these songs for a long time." states Aaron.  "I have begun finishing and recording all of these songs. I am happy about the variety of influences that I am able to hear from song to song. There is so much music out there that I love; I don't care at all about genre, and I feel as though that has come through in these songs."

February 2014: Aaron released his first solo album.  A short instrumental electronic album entitled "Horizons."  These songs were influenced by romantic period program music.  [Music from this album will not be performed at live shows.]
