A prolific songsmith and multi-instrumentalist who has been performing and recording material to rave reviews internationally for nearly a dozen years (aaron has copyrighted more than 300 songs), Aaron Flinn and the band Salad Days have released multiple full-length albums. Aaron has shared the stage with Don McLean (opening for him at a 1400 seat theater), Chris Stills (Atlantic), Big Wreck (Atlantic), Mathew Ryan (Columbia), Peter Tork (former Monkee). In 2002 Flinn opened twenty-two dates nationwide for The Samples, performing solo (Salad Days opened another five dates on the same tour).
In 1987, Flinns band won first place at the Burlington (VT) Battle of the Bands, Flinn was voted best songwriter at Berklee College of music in 1993, in 1996 Flinn placed first in the Acoustic Guitar Search (second in 1997), and in 1997 Flinn was voted Best Folk Artist in VT by the Burlington Free Press. This year, Salad Days won the Budweiser 2003 True Music Battle of the Bands. Flinn's new songs don't stop coming and there's no end in sight. Flinn weaves songs of the highest quality and performs them with epic energy.
