Bio

Born on May 11th, 1989 in Passaic, New Jersey, Aaron Reyes was born unto
Damarisse Murphy-Reyes, who was a touring Christian singer-songwriter, and William
Reyes, who was a drummer. It was no surprise that Aaron would one day take up after
his parents and launch into the captivating world of music.
As Aaron had always been around music at home, he didn’t officially dive into
the art until he was thirteen years old and wanted to fit in with the musical group of kids
at his church. Therefore, young Aaron, who was no stranger to music, picked up a guitar –
and the rest was destiny.

Today, Aaron plays in a Top 40s cover band called Wonderama, which he’s been
a part of for a year and a half. It is also where some of his musical knowledge and influence comes
from. Capeside, Aaron’s band, is influenced by an unlikely pair – pop music and film
scores. While this may seem like an odd fusion, the chord structure, similar to Hans
Zimmer, the poppy, contagious beats, and positive lyrics fused together makes for a
unique, empowering musical experience like no other. The sound is tight, organized, and
clear, providing a pleasant listening experience, as well. Capeside’s goal is to deliver
inspirational messages in an enamoring and powerful way, striving towards letting others
know that they are loved and that they are fighters, all plowing through the labyrinth that
is life.

Live, Capeside is simply sensational. Aside from the reverberating and alluring
oscillation, Capeside's stage presence is energetic and confident, making the audience
feel like they’re the absolute most important part of the show. The audience cannot resist jumping around and singing along to every
word of every song. Capeside is joined by Kevin Neal, who Aaron met through Christ Fellowship (a church they both attended).
The talented Kevin brings guitar, keys, vocals, and programming to the table. Capeside is also
joined by Montana, who is a phenomenal piano player. Together, Capeside breaks the mold
with a musical revelation that will rest in the hearts of their listeners forever.

Capeside is coming out with an EP consisting of five songs at the end of February
