Aaron Ruiz

 Los Angeles, California, USA
SoloFolkSinger/Songwriter

When I was 15, as the drummer I wrote Sublime-influenced ska emo pop punk songs for my first band on guitar, and taught them to my friend Eric.

Ten years later, I channel that same energy into the songwriting process, drawing from unprecedented life experience including a fatal car crash, marriage, and divorce. Despite the struggles, I strive to be a positive force in people's lives through music.

Covers include Elvis Prestley, Miley Cyrus, Bob Dylan, and Oasis, to name several.
