“My family was always musical growing up. My Dad plays piano and my Mom sings. Music and songwriting came very natural to me at a young age,” says Aaron Sadler, lead singer and founder of the band. “I started teaching myself to play drums at an early age, and then when I was 15 my Dad bought me my first guitar. I couldn’t put it down! It just became a part of me.”
Sadler’s passion for country music is more than just a hobby. It’s a way of life, the front man of the Aaron Sadler says. “You write about your experiences, and the things that have left a mark on you.”
For the longest time it felt like something was missing. People would come up to Aaron and tell him how talented he was and encouraged him to put together a band and hit the clubs. “You don’t get noticed by putting your songs on YouTube and praying that something magical happens. It was just a matter of me getting off my butt and doing it!”
Once Sadler knew the direction he had to go, it didn’t take him very long to recruit the help of fellow band mates Matt (guitar), Craig (bass), and Dustin (drums). “It didn’t take very long for me to mesh with these guys. They all bring a certain something to the music. Craig and I had played in bands before so we already had a history of playing together,” he says. “They all are great at what they do and know how to put on a hell of a show.”
