The trio of At Best recently shared its debut single, “Words in a Web”. Building off a pleasant, ear-catching guitar riff, the song blossoms utilizing hushed, apologetic vocals that roar as the instrumentation amplifies. Formerly known as Burned Out Still Glowing, At Best is a band of metal-heads that are going down an alternative route. By incorporating their various musical backgrounds together, At Best's sound ranges from 90's D.I.Y. nostalgia to melodic shoegaze. Formed in 2017 in South Jersey, the band features lead vocalist and guitarist Lennon Cantwell, bassist Alicia Dickerson, and drummer Steph Brettman. At Best have toured around the States and play frequent shows in the Philadelphia area with a mission to outperform themselves with every set through their high-energy live shows. Over the past two years, they have painted their sonic canvas with raw emotion over driving instrumentals, striving to put the human element back into contemporary music.At Best has recently released their first debut track "Words in a Web" on Bandcamp, Spotify, and Apple Music. Their next single "Changing Shape" will be released before this summer, accompanied with a music video. At Best plan to tour in support of an EP that is to be completed by the end of this year.
