Rising from Geneva, Switzerland, A.BAND.ON is a five-piece rock band with a unique sound. Their influences come from numerous styles in the rock genre, such as punk rock or even metal. While their music is fast paced and heavy their harmony makes their music melodious.
It all started with a couple of jams. Brothers Ben-J (drums) and Joel (guitar) got together with their life-long friend Jesse (Bass) and jammed at their church. Afterward, childhood friends Julie Ange (vocals) and Daniel (guitar) decided to join in. Shortly after, this group of 5 talented musicians decided to write their own music and share their musical passion. In early 2012, A.BAND.ON was born.
Though their approach to what they do is modest, it is important for them to use their music to reach out to people, by conveying a positive message using meaningful lyrics about life.
The band is hitting the studio this season to record their debut EP which will be released in summer 2012.
