Abbie Sea

Hey! (:
My name's Abbie Sea and I love to play guitar, write songs and sing. Most of my songs are about love & time. Time is really an interesting topic for me to write about. How, although it's completely consistent, it seems to speed up and slow down. How it makes some forget and others remember. How it can heal and hurt people just by passing them. Naturally, being interested in both love and time, I'm completely fascinated when they become intertwined with each other. How you can fall in love in a minute and become heartbroken just as fast. How you can lose someone in a day and think about them everyday for years.
I'm a strong believer in the saying that "everything happens for a reason". I love Thursdays, rain in the middle of the night and bonfires in the summer. I've been asked a lot of times what I would change if I could redo anything that's happened in my past. My answer is...nothing. Although there are somedays I would relive if I could, just to appreciate those timeless moments I didn't notice until they were gone. My favorite line from a song is "And I hope the sun shines and its a beautiful day; and something reminds you..you wish you had stayed" from the song "Last Kiss" by Taylor Swift, who is also my biggest inspiration.
Sometimes I wish my life was a like a movie where I could pause, rewind and fast forward. But it's not, so I've been trying to live in each moment before it slips away.
I'd like to thank everyone from the people that inspire my songs to my family and friends to the people that take time to listen to my music and share it with other people. I really appreciate everything you guys do for me. (:
