Bio
We are ABIS, from Bucharest-Romania, a project started five years ago by recording engineer Costin Dumitrache and architect Marina Gingirof as a mix between trip-pop dreamscapes and psychedelic guitar riffs; everything spiced up with cool keyboards arrangements, theremin explorations and ethereal Marinas voice.
During 2005, 15 years old keyboardist Horatiu Serbanescu, Juan Carlos Negretti from Venesuela on percussion, Tache Dumitru joined the group.
In the summer of 2006 ABIS performed in major Romanian music festivals such as Felsziget Peninsula and Synthplants Egzit.
2007 - more than 200 live gigs.
2008 - We've just recorded the second album and we're looking for a
(label/agent/manager) to help us take our band to the next level.
