A Brave Noise was formed in the winter of 2003, the brainchild of Andrew Schoneveld and Devin Keeting, we found Corey Jackson and began the journey, now as a 3 peice songs were forming well and all we needed was the fourth member, subsequently the singer. As luck may have it Corey happened to know a singer from one of the other bands in Barrie named Darryl Hardy formerly of Low Profile. Now complete we got hard to work writing the best songs we have ever written before. With a mix of Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Art Rock and Acid, became A Brave Noise. Devin Keeting on the low end, Andrew Schoneveld on the Guitar, Corey Jackson on Drums, and Darryl Hardy with words and music.
A Brave Noise has progressed very well since the beginning building a strong following in Barrie and surrounding area and getting ready to take on Toronto and the GTA. Their stage presence and ability to make thier listeners lose themselves in the music has proven strong since the beginning and continues through today.
Now almost completing their first E.P. temporarily entitled A Brave Noise, they are almost ready to take off, through playing shows with major label acts such as Slaves On Dope and Micro Maureen aka Glueleg, I Mother Earth and many others they have proven themselves as a force in the music scene here in Barrie.
