Luciano Abruzez

Luciano Abruzez is a brazilian singer, songwriter, producer, multi-intrumentalist and journalist – graduated at PUC Campinas University. In the begining of 2010 he released his first solo album, the EP "Vinte e Um" (Twenty-one), through a deal between his record label, the Kazuloo and the Tratore, the largest independent distributor in Brazil.
During two months of last year, the album was one of the most selling of the company. The EP "Vinte e Um" (Twenty-one) was recorded and produced by the musician in 2008 in a home-studio and mixes influences from rock, soul, blues and MPB (Brazilian Popular Music). Besides singing, Abruzez plays guitar, eletric guitar, drums and percussion.
To promote the album, in 2010 he starts an independent national tour. In one year were 11 official presentations in six capitals and more than 60 in total, in 14 diferent cities, between auditoriums, TV programs, bars, nightclubs, universities and festivals. The iniciative has been news in important newspapers, radios, television stations and news portals in Brazil like Correio Braziliense, Folha Online, Correio do Povo, CBN, TVE, Radio Senado, and more.
After passing through the regions South, Southeast and Midwest in February 2011 the musician started the stage of the tour in Northeast in Recife/PE. Until the end of the year Abruzez plans realize presentations in Fortaleza/CE and Salvador/BA as well. Belo Horizonte/MG is another capital that he must pass in 2011. Last year the official tour had been in Porto Alegre/RS, Curitiba/PR, Ribeirao Preto/SP, Amparo/SP, Campinas/SP, Sao Paulo/SP, Rio de Janeiro/RJ and Brasilia/DF.
In March he will start a small tour through USA, where the album arrived on the market in digital format. Initially the musician will make some public presentations in Los Angeles. Until the end of the year, Abruzez plans to make the same in New York and Miami.
