ACE ONE is not just another artist who shows up and raps. He understands ministry.
Its true he is a performer in every sense of the word, constantly in motion from start to finish, fluid yet focused, animated until the very last high-hat is heard, but he knows there has to be more to a Holy Ghost party and when it does stop -- ACE ONE follows through. Hes no stranger to outreach. Hes a fisher of men with each hook, line, and verse. No sinker! Every uplifting, thought-provoking, message-oriented, socially-conscious phrase is intricately designed to catch the attention of a lost soul or edify the body of Christ. Its no wonder he appeals to every demographic cross-section in some fashion.
ACE ONE is seasoned. He first entered the ranks of holy hip-hop as a teen just after a life-altering encounter with God on the third rail of a subway station in the heart of The Bronx, New York where he grew up. Soon, he joined forces with and eventually became a member of a group of gospel rap pioneers called Preachas (formerly known as P.I.D.) signed to Frontline/Myx Records. Since then, he has toured the United States, appearing at various events throughout the country in school auditoriums, churches, concert halls, and clubs, rocking the mic with national recording artists including T-Bone, KJ52, Tonex, The Cross Movement, Corey Red & Precise, GRITS, The Ambassador, Knowdaverbs, Da T.R.U.T.H., Gospel Gangstas, and countless others.
ACE ONE is also a high-energy motivational speaker and a gifted communicator. Instantly, he establishes a viable connection with young people by targeting relevant issues utilizing interactive illustrations and a straight-talk approach to ministry that draws on his own experiences and personal testimony. ACE ONE challenges this generation of believers to be the example for which this fast-paced world is searching, offering practical word-based solutions for overcoming daily trials. He is passionate about passing on the torch to tomorrows leadership as evidenced by his fervor and effectiveness as youth pastor of R.E.A.L.
