One EP entitled "My Alphenesis" was recorded in 2004 as his first solo body of work. Two LPs called "My Journey" (2007) and "L.I.F.E." (2009) were distributed over the internet. A single "Finer Things feat. OV" from "L.I.F.E." is registered with ClearChannel.

Bio
Music has been in A.C. Phreek's life ever since he was 12 months old. Born into a family of musicians in Norfolk, Virginia, he was raised in the same Seven Cities as Teddy Riley, Nottz, Missy Elliot, Timbaland and The Neptunes, he had no choice but to be inspired by his musical predecessors' gift of creativity and originality. AC started making beats in the high school band at 15 and has been writing songs since 16. His inspirations for lyricism have come from Tupac (RIP), The Notorious B.I.G. (RIP), Andre (3000) Benjamin, Lupe Fiasco, and the artist he is most often compared to: Kanye West. Never being afraid to step outside of the "hip hop box", A.C. Phreek's creativity & passion is meant to inspire people with his music by giving them something they can relate to and enjoy no matter what background they are from.
