"Check Out Adam Falcon"

"Check out Adam Falcon. I have been in tune to his playing and musical ideas for a long time. Both as a guitar player and composer. I'm also hearing him for the first time as a vocalist and I like it!"
-George Benson

"Review from Joes Pub Performance"

"The crowd followed Adam's lead to a relaxed and jazzy frame of mind, his guitar and voice lullabying nerves and rousing that something in each of us that responds to good music. He demonstrated skill and passion in the absence of genre and, for that, he deserves his props."

"From Vernon Reid & Nona Hendryx"

"ADAM, it is great to hear you... You sound wonderful... I love your CD. It is like a breath of fresh air, full of life and light, warm and soulful textures. You sound great on that gut string...I love the voicings that you used in your beautiful arrangement of what is one of my favorite songs of all time (UP FROM THE SKIES)."
-Vernon Reid

"If you're longing to listen to music that doesn't aspire to mimic the formulas that abound on the flavor of the month radio or MTV, Adam Falcon's music will bring welcome relieve. It's honest, calm and musical, which really is an outward expression of the artist. There are many flavors on this CD pointing to many influences and not one that screams, 'rip-off'. 'Taking the road less traveled is sometimes longer yet infinitely more interesting.' If you enjoy the music of Arrested Development, George Benson or The Dave Mathews Band give Adam Falcon a listen.

Infinite? Definitely,
Ahwooo! This cd moves my soul. Adam Falcon has uniqueness in his style of playing. When I was introduced by this cd from a friend, I began to breathe new thoughts while listening to Adam sing and play. His voice is downright earthy and awesome! Lucky I was, to be able to catch him performing a live gig. He played some tunes from his cd, Infinite for example. To be able to see him play without a band, was the most moveable, soul shifting experince that I've had in a long time!I look forward seeing him perform live at local cafe's and bookstores nearby. Adam, if you read this, please tour Florida more often! I have to add, that when I met him, he was the most genuing kind soul, and took the time to talk to me. Anyone who is looking for someing new, open your ears and grab this cd.

the real deal
I have not heard many releases lately that have the energy and freshness of Adam's debut. He's a gifted musician/songwriter and soulful vocalist, combining elements of funk, blues, jazz, r&b, and a bit of latin into his own unique style. Rock solid production, and his playing is equally impressive. The album is earthy and honest, and keeps getting better as I listen to it. I highly recommend this album, it's a rare find.

"One Feel Good Disc" Adam Falcon's debut CD is a perfect Sunday in New York City. With Trevor Gale producing it's no surprise this is one feel good disc. And Adam- in a musical era of soprano choir boys- it's great to hear a sexy , gritty male vocal again! The funky, bluesy, jazzy overtones that enliven this R&B alternative style carry us through all life's avenues. Textured and rich, it's THERE!

Mixing of Styles with awesome results
This album touches on a variety of compelling topics, and every track is different, Adam mixes many different styles without committing to one. I've been recommending this album to all my friends since I got it, and I felt compelled to write this because Adam is in my mind virtually unknown with a tremendous gift for song writing and connecting with his music. I truly suggest this for anyone who needs an album with soothing tracks where every one of the tracks is great.

Bio

Being born and raised in a diverse city such as New York, only gives good reason as to why the music of Adam Falcon is just as diverse. Adam, one of the most colorful and emotionally filled guitarist, singer-songwriters around, now steps from a supporting role to a leading one.

Working as an experienced session and touring musician has granted Adam a wealth of opportunity. Whether it was being on tour with Phyllis Hyman, Will Downing, Jonathan Butler, Sophie B. Hawkins, or the great Roberta Flack or perhaps in the studio along side Digable Planets, George Benson, or Arif Mardin, Adam states, "It was just like being in a musical goldmine."

One of Adam Falcon's brightest moments as a songwriter occurred when his mentor and idol, George Benson, chose to record a composition of his. Produced by the legendary Arif Mardin, the song "In Search of a Dream" was included on the million selling record "In Your Eyes." Years later, having lightning strike twice, producer Tommy LiPuma used yet another composition from the pen of Adam Falcon. This time the song entitled "True Blue" from the album "That's Right." Once again, the artist being, none other than George Benson.

Adam Falcon's R&B, Jazz-tinged, Alternative Soul is a fresh new blend, which allows us to hear music in a whole new light.
