Bio

They say as you age your interests change, and often what was once spited becomes the subject of deep embrace. According to Adam Klotzbach very few things in life were ever a matter of spite, but as a young boy the two things that seemed to stand in the way of athletic dreams were girls and the dreaded weekly piano lessons. What was once considered a roadblock now seems to line the path of the future.

Music has always been a part of Adam Klotzbach’s life but it didn’t really start to become a necessity until the transition from college to the real world. While in college the piano and guitar became a source of relief for a frustrating athletic career. As injury dwindled athletic hopes, self imposed piano and guitar lessons started to evoke inspiration and change the focus in Adam’s life. Fortunately an opportunity to hone the newly acquired skills arrived in the form of church worship sessions. In this setting is where Adam Klotzbach’s mindset transitioned from an individual seeking musical therapy to a musician wanting to create something identifiable.

Adam’s first songs were penned a little over a year ago when an opportunity arrived to open for a rising singer-songwriter from Nashville. As unqualified as he was with no original music under his belt, Adam set out to come up with five original songs in a three- week period. Knowing the high probability of this being a complete disaster he vowed not to let this opportunity to pass him by and he decided use this experience to form a new personal theory… With pressure comes productivity. With this in mind out came five songs ; It’s all been good, I just wanna, This time, Life Fulfilled, and Forever Fine, which sparked the beginning of a new direction in his life.

This is where we find Adam Klotzbach today, experimenting with songwriting and arranging in the church and around town at local singer-songwriter nights.
His first offerings are filled with genuine, introspective lyrics delivered with a sense of unwavering honesty. For the future hopefully more pressure will be applied and new music will be discoverd from this one time women/piano dreading athlete turned musician... It’s funny how time changes things.
