Bio
I was raised in Southern CA. I have always loved music. My father used to sing to me before I went to bed. He prayed that God would give me the gift of music...and he did.
I was an awkward child. I was well liked by other but I never liked myself. I hadn't found a way to discover who I was. Music Changed all of that.
In the 6th grade I got my first guitar. From the first day I got it I could not put it down. I began writing my own music almost immediately. Writing eased the pain in my life. It allowed me to vent. I really didn't hold back. I wrote what I felt. This gave and still gives my music a very genuine feel.
I played in bands through out high school but I never stuck with any of them. The pressure to make it took the fun out of music. It didn't allow me to say what I felt like I needed to say.
I then decided to stick with myself. I have been playing writing and recording ever since.
I know live in Charlotte NC and am excited to get plugged into the local music scene.
