“Adulterers, philanderers, roisterers, scrappers. On the whole Belarusian land there were no one like them. The Poles call these ones “zavalidroga”, and the Krivichs – adarvirog (tearhorn), because people say that they once violently torn off a horn from a Lucifer himself and made a drinking mug from it. The band was founded in 2013 by Valeriy Mashel (music, mandolin, bouzouki), Vsevolod Gaponenko (music, guitar, vocals, texts), Leonid Zhigunov (extreme vocals, texts) and Katherine Philipivich (violin). In November 2014 Vyacheslav Vorobei (bass), Victor Logackij (bagpipe), joined the band, Karolina Nosko (violin) replaced Katherine.

In 2015 Adarvirog releases their first single – “Kharea” (Chorea) and debutes with the first recital. Nikita Logovoy (drums) joins the band. With all band members the group performs on a festival “Nash Grunvald” (Our Grunvald), “The Knight Age”, and makes a tour in Smolensk, Russia. Maxi-single “Ratavalnik” (Saviour) is released. The work on the debut album begins.

In 2016 Vyacheslav Vorobei leaves the band, Alexei Bykovskii from “Renuen” band replaces him. The band announces debut album “Kraj Padanniau” (The Land of Tales) and founds local folk-metal multiband festival “Luty fest” (Fierce fest). The single “Kharea” is taken into radio rotation.

In 2017 the band continues performing at own’s festival “Luty Fest”, presents debut album, makes tours on Ukrainian “Forpost” festival and Russian “Folk Summer Fest”. The debut album is released on July 1st 2017. The band performs on Folk Summer Fest 2017 in Russia.
