The band's sound incorporates a mix of punk and light metalcore with soaring guitar solos and melodic harmonies, relentless drumming and experimental basslines, with powerful lyrics that everyone can relate to. The sound sits perfectly on the border to please any audience.


A Day For Heroes have been together since April 2009 and have already made huge progress in the music industry. The band have since been playing shows to the thousands and are now moving forward to higher places after a successful run of gigs across the north of England; recieving a fantastic reaction where ever they go. The shows are set to continue into 2010 with a UK tour in the summer..
ADFH write songs to reach every audience in a way that no other band does. The sound fits in between a number of genres which is why, at a show, the whole audience feels a connection with the performance. With their unbelievably energetic live performances, ADFH are already on their way to bigger things and after the release of their latest EP they are all looking forward to the future with a gathering excitement!


Singles Released- "Dancing In Your Sweet Embrace" in July 2009 along with the 6 track EP "Breaking Out" ADFH are also played regularly on a number of Local radio stations and can also be downloaded at lastfm.com

Set List

The set list is always constructed before hand with the audience and venue in mind. The length can vary between 30mins to 1hr 30 mins depending on venue. For some shows, the band will play a small number of popular and energetic covers (if appropriate).
