Lyrics

I Think I

Written By: A.D. Chandler

I think I think I think I'm gonna lie to you
I think I think I think I'm gonna lie to you
Well it's been to damn longI think
And I want to do me some wrong
I think I think I think I'm gonna lie to you

I think I think I think I'm going out tonight
I think I think I think I'm going out tonight
I'm gonna put on my sunday best
And find me a pretty young dress
I think I think I think I'm going out tonight

I think I think I think I better think again
I think I think I think I better think again
Cause when I come home drunk at dawn
My baby she'll be long gone
I think I think I think I better think again

Thank God For Whiskey

Written By: A.D. Chandler

Along side of the highway you can see him there
Like an apparition with silver hair
He's got a homemade bicycle with a bed pan for a seat
No one ever listens so he never speaks

He's got his life in a back pack and maybe a little more
Wears a bullet around his neck that he got in the war
And his shoes are made from duct tape, cardboard and some string
And at night when he's drinking you can here him sing

Thank god for whiskey
Thank god for rye
Thank god for letting me live
This way until the day I die

Thank god for whiskey
Thank god for rye
Thank god for letting me live
This way until the day I die

Thank god for freedom
Thank god for dreams
Cause I'd rather have nothing
Than something having me
I'd rather have nothing
Than something having me
