Bio

Andrew James White better known as A-Dub is an American Rapper/ Songwriter/ Producer. He was born on April 6th, 1986 in Hollywood, Florida, the first son of Benita King and Rickey White. A-Dub always loved music growing up, but began rapping at the early age of 10 first re-writing songs on the radio. Then, that transitioned into writing his on lyrics and songs. At the age of 12 is when he started recording in a small studio with a local friend being able to gain experience behind the microphone. In high school he gained a lot of exposure through a Mix CD that was passed out with one of his tracks on it entitled “Tight Work” that was a single on his initial first album but was never completed, because of unfortunate incidents, but through a mutual friend ended up meeting future fellow Bureaucrat member T-Plus who was also on that same Mix CD. After High School graduating from South Broward at the age of 18 is when he really focused his talents towards music. Signing and turning in a later pivotal member of then called BeatBoxx ENT, Inc. now Tha Bureau ENT. While there, he started recording his first Mix-Tape “Bout Time Vol. 1” and getting more experiences with the production side of the music process. Learning how to produce beats and co-writing songs for popular business and organizations commercials such as: Generation Debt Free and the traveling softball team the Tallahassee Bullets. After the Mix-tape surfaced he started working on his first album entitled “2nd Chances” entirely produced by T-Plus. He was able to reach out working with the talented likes of: Amoure, Phreak, C4, Smoo Baby, Jago, Zoe Boi, and T.K. After the success of 2nd Chances brought the Idea to follow up his Mix-Tape with a sequel “Bout Time Vol. 2”, and now he is working on his 2nd Album entitled “One-Man Show”, because the sole dedication he’s putting into it. His influences vary. His father used to DJ, also he has industry influences such as: Ludacris, Notorious BIG, Tupac, Jay-Z, Slick Rick, Mase, Heavy D, LL Cool J, and every other artist that came before him and listen to. His motto is, “I make what I like to hear!”
