I am a musician from southern Maryland. "A Tale of Time Begins" is my first professional printed album and is acoustic. Acoustic music symbolizes the beginning of time when there was no electricity and no distortion. I co-produced this album with Pamela Parker, who also sings back up vocal on "Your Thing" and "Grasshopper Song."
My music is a reflection of my life. It comes from the street and most likely will remain in the street—simple tunes for simple people. If my music only touches one person's life in a positive way, then my job as a musician is done. I believe it's all about getting a message across. The message is, instead of living in a world full of hate and war, we can work on living in a world full of peace and love. When you are a lover of both playing and listening to music, you often come across the ultimate question: would you rather be playing on stage or dancing in the crowd? Both decisions require sacrifice, but one seems the easier route.
