Aether is an energetic four piece hard rock/alt metal outfit based out of Dodge City, KS (Started in August of 2017). The vast and versatile influences that all four members bring is what contributes to the bands unique sound. Orlando Galvan (vocalist) draws his main influence from recording artists in Deftones while also having a strong R&B vocal background. Hugo Hernandez (guitar) is heavily influenced by bands such as Chevelle and Breaking Benjamin sparking his love for heavy tones with melodic vocals. Alex Rodriguez (drums) gets his main musical impact from stoner/doom rockers in Black Sabbath, Toke, and more. But, also very fond of bands such Every Time I Die and He is Legend. Lastly, Chris Clark (bass) comes from a strong metal background that contributes to the boiling pot of what is Aether’s sound.

Aether strives to put on a performance full of energy that is both sonically and visually appealing to the audience. Catch a show sometime and you’ll see. When not performing as a full band, Orlando and Hugo also perform acoustic sets where they do acoustic renditions of their original music as well as acoustic covers of songs from all eras and genres of music.

Aether has toured to many cities and states including Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. The group has also gotten the opportunity to open for bands such as The Toadies at Wichita River Festival, Saul, and many other bands.

You can find Aether’s 2019 EP release, “In Waves”, and 2020 EP release, “Bloom”, on all major digital streaming platforms (iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Google Play, and more), as well as the acoustic single, “Sweet Demise”. Links as followed: - "In Waves" - "Bloom"
