Out of the darkness and though the flames, A Fallen Phoenix is charging out of Clawson, MI and straight into a venue near you. Playing out most of their 5 years of live gigging around the metro Detroit Area, (playing everywhare from Alvins, to Clutch Cargos, to Majestic Theater, to The Magic Stick) A Fallen Phoenix has one goal, and that's simply to ROCK.
A Fallen Phoenix's sound is best discribed as ROCK/METAL. We blend the cetchy hooks and melodies that make rock and roll so lovable, with the grind of modern metal. Some bands you could compare our sound to would be Thrice, old Metallica, Early Zeppelin, And a touch of As I Lay Dying (mostly the guitar work).
The biggest thing that sets us apart from most other up and comming bands today is that we are doing what feels right to us instead of catering to a certain scene. We can gig with the heavier scremo bands or we can can gig with a pop punk or straight Rock band, And fit in just fine. Our songs are versitile enough to cater to almost all hard rock/ metal fans. If you have any appreciation for Hard Rock or Metal, then you'd best not let A Fallen Phoenix pass you by. For once you've Heard these electrifying melodies, there's no turning back.......
