Discography

In 2004 they recorded a two-track demo at HYC studios in Huntingdon. In 2005, they recorded a live DVD featuring eight of their songs at Lincoln University's TV Studio. They also released their first EP 'Stereotype' recorded at The Lodge Studios in Northampton. In Nov 2006 they recorded their second 4-track EP '4Play!' at Pete Winkleman’s Linford Manor and The Cowshed Studios in Milton Keynes (with respected producer Phil English). In 2008 they recorded their third 4 track EP inc Fighting With Fire (on myspace). fans fave track Pick On Me is on numerous internet sites inc ilike and myspace. The all new set is being recorded this summer.

AFTER4 are a four-piece rock band based in Cambridgeshire, England. The band have a reputation for professionalism, musicianship and stage presence with their ‘active rock’ sound influenced by classic rock bands like bon Jovi, AC/DC and Thunder.
The band is: Joe Bonson (Lead Vocals and Rhythm guitar), Jack Bonson (Drums), Tony (Titch) Wilson (Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals) and Phil Haines (Lead Guitar and Backing Vocals). They first started playing together at primary school in the year 2000. Their first public live performance together was in May 03, and they have played over 200 gigs and festivals across the UK since.
The band have made a number of appearances, and had airplay, on BBC and independent radio and TV stations, and been featured many times in the local press, and in the NME Breaking Bands pages. In 2004 they won through to the finals of a National Talent Contest and were selected as one of Huntingdonshire's top 6 young bands to play the 2004 Hunts Big Gig. In 2005 and 2006 they won through to the Cambridge Young Bands Final, and won the Milton Keynes Youth Festival Band Competition from over 20 other bands. They also impressed at the 2006 UK Unsigned showcases in Cambridge and Leicester, and were selected to play at the Bulldog Bash Festival at Stratford in August 06. In 2007, they were the youngest band selected for the ‘senior’ Red Stripe Cambridge Band Competition from hundreds of local bands. In 2010 they won through to the Midlands regional final of the UK’s biggest Original Acts Music Competition, Live and Unsigned.The band have written new material, and are gigging in 2010 supporting the likes of Mark chadwick (Levellers) and Bonehead's (Oasis) new band the Vortex.
